Well, he was on a National Championship team in college and the Lakers team that won the championship in 2019-2020. What more does he need to do to qualify as a champion?

Lakers fans cope by acting like it was equal footing but we all know AD’s body only held up in the bubble cause he had 3 months off prior. He can’t make it through a full season and playoff. If he could, then people wouldn’t be freaking out about this trade cause AD is a genuinely great player, just a highly injury prone player.

The Lakers were the team that benefitted the most by having a complete offseason before the start of the playoffs. You can say that every team had that same benefit, but that benefit doesn't affect every team to the same magnitude. It was a complete different structure to the season, if you gave LeBron's team that same format for every season he'd probably have 8 rings or more
