i like it

That always pissed me off.

I get that he left on not the best of terms, but you would think he would be just a little grateful to ESPN for basically putting him on the national map.

ESPN has devolved into a crock. Dan knows it.

It's not the worst sports radio show, not by a long shot. His interviews are solid. Something about the "Dannette" dynamic is weird, those guys really don't do shite but take shots from Dan and stroke his ego.... Also, Adam Sandler movies fricking suck...

Yes it has & I'm sure he does. But going out of his way to discuss it every damn hour and choosing to not take the high road makes hime come off as incredibly petty.

I like DP show. Not SVP or even Rome quality but it's fun. BTW, anyone that makes fun of ESPN publicly is a champ in my book.

Dan is the best interviewer in the business hands down. I had to quit listening though. The constant bashing of the "4-letter network" became too much. I think Dan would be a blast to have a beer with though.

i hate interviews. they are the worst part of sports radio. i have never listen to DP, not that im anti, i just dont know when/where it comes on in my area and dont particularly care enough to find out. i think that out of the herd, SVP, and jimothy rome, the herd has it right interviewing media guys with perspective on the situation than interviewing jocks/coaches who go the show and toe the company line for 5 minutes. that shits boring. easily my biggest knock on the SVP show-- he does millions of interviews on the southwestern tech state basketball coach who just upset the #25 ranked team. WHO. frickING. CARES?!???!
