Yes it is, and while it may be something us lowly fans just casually notice and go on about our day, I can't imagine Sankey is sleeping too well. The SEC looked unstoppable when he took over in 2015. He was given the keys to the Cadillac and it's veering off the road...

I have a feeling if the status quo stays the same with nil and portal that the sec will pick some acc and big 12 schools and create their own super league and have their own championships especially with big ten demanding the expanded playoff if in football

don’t think anyone cares about women’s basketball and very few even think of UCLA as “Big10”.

Lol. What does this even mean? Such a dumb argument.

Nobody gives a flying frick if you think they feel like a Big 10 school. The fact of the matter is that they are.

The traditional Big 10 powerhouse that is UCLA

They are indeed a Big 10 team. Sorry

Would you not claim a national championship for the SEC if Texas or Oklahoma won it?

First time that has happened for the Big 10 since 1960. In 1960 Ohio State and Minnesota won.
So you're saying its not a trend and OP is being dramatic?

The writing has been on the wall but fans don't want to hear about even though the SEC commish is freaking' out as all the Presidents try to figure out new angles to get out of this cold freeze the SEC is in by pushing legislation, lobbying, etc.

Its gonna be a deep cold slumber and it started when College Athletics changed and has started to hit full stride as the Big10 keeps building the skyscrapers the SEC can't climb.

SEC - now is the winter of your discontent; and it will be long, pouty and wistful.

If SEC teams didn't spend Hundreds of Millions of dollars on cheesy locker rooms.. they could probably have more money

SEC teams blew all of their money on over the top facilities to attract recruits which don't mean shite these days in college football like they used to
