Cam is in no way a perfect qb, but Qb's are hard to find and Cam has been a top half to top ten qb in the league. I would still lean towards taking Cam

Why would the #1 pick go to Mahomes then Baker?

It doesn’t make any sense for the browns to draft back to back qbs

Without thinking too deeply, this cannot be correct. A banged up RB cannot be the best player of any draft.

Based on what?

OP was a beast LT that won a Super Bowl. Hall of Famer.

Yeah that Pace argument is iffy.

I'm still taking the HOF left tackle over a TE.

QB is more important than his targets.

Can't get it to Tony if Tommy is on the ground.

I don't think so. #1 is either Russell Okung (118 starts/118 games) or Rob Gronkowski.

This list is a cool exercise but how does it hold up when you factor the team drafting in the #1 slot?

Would the Panthers have won more games or gone 15-1 and made a Super Bowl if they had taken Vonn Miller rather than Cam Newton?

I feel like they don't understand the word new. When it's the same as the original pick, then it's not new.

Orlando Pace is one of the best OTs of the last 50 years. That position is hard enough to get right as it is but this guy revolutionized the whole OL, I'd take Orlando #1 every draft

I would still say Pace should've been #1 overall. The Rams had no shortage of skill position weapons during his era.

Maybe. I’d have to look at Aqib Talib, DRC, Matt Forte and Calais Campbell.
