Thanks for all you did. He was always about the money. See ya. If he wanted to be a Brave he would have. Can't blame him. He will probably come back to retire a Brave and I'm ok with that.

Braves Country
I don’t even know where to begin. For the past 15 years I got to be apart of your organization. It was truly an honor. We went through the very highs together and some lows but those lows is what made last year so special. You watched me grow up from a baby faced kid to marrying my love @chelseafreeman5 and seeing us bring 3 beautiful boys into this world. I’m so glad my family got to be apart of yours! To Snit, my coaches, teammates, training staff, clubhouse staff, and everyone who made Turner Field and Truist Park so special for my family and I over the years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It has been a blast to have you cheer for me and I hope I was able to bring smiles to a lot of your homes over the years. I gave everything I had day in and day out and I hope you guys saw that as well. Although our time has come to an end, I look forward to seeing and playing in front of you all again. When that time comes, I hope you remember all the wonderful memories we made together. I love you Braves Country! Champions Forever!
Love,
Freddie, Chelsea, Charlie, Brandon, Maximus

He helped us win a ring, let him get his money. Braves got what they want and Freddie's going to get what he wants. If he goes to the Dodgers, I'll still hate them but I'll never hate the guy who stuck with us through the trash years and won us a World Series. I personally hope he goes to Tampa or Toronto because I've always likes the Rays and Jays

Mission accomplished with Freddie. If he was leaving town with unfinished business, I'd be sad/mad/upset/sentimental but he stayed through the rebuild and helped the team improve each of the last 5 years culminating in the title.

Used “apart” twice. Love Freddie and thankful for everything he did for the Braves, but cmon man…

I'm guessing the lineup once Acuna comes back will be this
Acuna
Swanson
Olson
Riley
Ozuna
Albies
Duvall
TDA
Rosario
Or:
Acuna
Rosario
Olson
Riley
Ozuna
Albies
Duvall
TDA
Dansby

Dansby has never produced a full season with an .800 OPS. No way he should be hitting 2nd.
Acuña
Olson
Riley
Rosario/Albies (R/L)
Ozuna
Albies/Rosario (R/L)
Duvall
TDA
Swanson
Acuña
Olson
Riley
Rosario/Albies (R/L)
Ozuna

Assuming Ronnie isn’t ready OD my guess is
Rosario/Albies
Olson
Riley
Ozuna
Rosario/Albies
Duvall
Dickerson
TDA
Dansby
Rosario/Albies
Olson
Riley
Ozuna

Duvall
Dickerson
TDA
Dansby

I considered putting him at the bottom of the order but my reasoning for Rosario at 9 is having 2 speedsters B2B in him and Ronald.
Riley is a prototypical cleanup guy.

I'd also be ok w/switching Rosario and Dansby. Dans has pretty good speed himself.

Multiple executives believe that Freddie Freeman and his representatives may have over played their hand…so it will be interesting to see his final contract. #Rays #Dodgers #Padres #RedSox
The fact that he hasn’t signed yet implies either this, or he’s got teams in a bidding war, IMO. I never expected him to be on the board for this long.

DOB mentioned Olson already knew a few of the guys. He apparently knows Dansby really well. The two had agreed to be roommates at Vandy before Olson signed with Oakland out of high school. He also mentioned Olson has a relationship with McCann if he needs guidance on how to navigate playing at home
McCann and Olson have the same agent in BB Abbott. And they're both Gwinnett boys. Francouer has also helped Olson during his career as they are both alumns of Parkview.

I’d rather Dickerson come off the bench if he sticks. I wouldn’t mind seeing Waters get a shot for a month or so to see how he handles ML pitching. He needs to play every day, so he can move back to down to Gwinnett when Ronnie gets back. He’ll have protection just about anywhere you put him in the lineup.

Kris Bryant just got a 7 year 182 mil. I don’t hate the player, but I think he is overrated from how he produced his first three seasons compared to the second half of his career up to this point.
Olsen got 8 years for 168 mil. Just another time when we get better value for a better player. Love to see it.

I see reports Freeman and the Dodgers nearing a deal for $150M guaranteed.
I have no doubt we offered that. Also kinda tell me it wasn’t about the 6th year, and he just wanted to leave.

And no doubt he was offered at least that. They gave 168 to Olson.

Can't blame him for wanting to go home.
