Along with Northwestern Deputy AD Travis Goff.
A decision should be made by the end of the week

I assume Dannen would try to bring Fritz with him.

Man I’d rather ask for a raise and stay at Tulane and wait for a better AD gig to open up

I could see Fritz's option offense helping make Kansas more competitive. You don't see that in the Big XII.

He really hasn’t done that great of a job at Tulane. Doesn’t deserve a raise and nobody better than Kansas should want him.

It'll probably be Goff as Kansas desires the Big Ten model and has their AAU accreditation

Very true. Kansas has floated the idea of Big Ten affiliation and upgrading the football stadium. The thing I read specifically stated that the AAU is something that conference desires. Maybe having an AD from a conference member is appealing....

Had the Big 12 collapsed during the last realignment, where would KU have ended up? Seems like ISU and K-State would have ended up in the American or Mtn West

Kansas needs a cleaner badly, is he a cleaner, or a good ole boy?

I think one of the big conferences would have taken Kansas to get their basketball program.

I’m not sure what that means? Like clean house and fire a bunch of people? Yes, Dannen did that at Tulane.

Yes. Tons of stink at Kansas from football to basketball. New AD needs to either clean house, or restore some order of integrity to the athletics programs.

The football team has been much better. I’m sure that was his #1 goal

The SEC likely takes them for basketball. ESPN would promote the ever living hell out of Kansas v Kentucky games.

Why would anyone want to stay at Tulane?
