Rahm? He may make the cut, but saying should is rather presumptuous.

I’m curious to see how the course is setup today. I would not be surprised to see significantly softer greens, perhaps universally but particularly on 15 and 13. 15 green is so shallow that it has to be more receptive to shots

I doubt Rory runs away with it just purely based on groupings. The morning groups had a significant advantage yesterday with the conditions and will today as well

Rory being in the the last group today and hitting half his drives into the woods doesn't set up well this evening.

Maybe even moreso today with the lack of wind but i guess that helps the later groups as well with dry greens.

Im expecting someone to shoot 66 or better in the morning group today though.

Tee locations are much better for scoring today.

Im hype, Bridgeman is in a good group to go low. Hall or Straka could also make a run this morning.

Abergs Approach SG was really high yesteday he just killed himself with his short game.

I'm liking Gotterup, Speith, and Thomas day. Those groups have the best tee times today. Scottie and Woodland tee off right after them.

No doubt LIV format does grind as hard as the PGA Tour. The LIV upfront money doesn’t help give urgency to winning. And the team concept is missing outside the LIV. The overall atmosphere is more like a party. As such the courses are setup for scoring in order to get better experience for spectators. These are hard to avoid as detrimental factors when jumping into the depth of the Masters.

Can LIV players still win? Of course. Will a LIV player win another major? I think so yes

But playing on courses setup so easy for scoring, playing in a relaxed environment with music, without a deep field feeling the pressure, etc definitely is not as good as practice as the Tour

And in a sport with razor thin margins like pro golf it’s definitely detrimental in the majors to be on LIV

LIV players should approach each major like most PGA tour players approach the Open. Most tour players go over and play a few events to adjust to link style golf prior to the Open. I am thinking the LIV could simulate a different atmosphere in 2 events leading up to the majors.

Playing a dog track in South Africa and then not playing for three weeks is a real issue.

I think Wyndham is the guy I would least like to win this tournament out of the entire field. If Rory hadn't choked at LACC, Wyndham wouldn't be a thought in any of our minds from the Ryder Cup to TGL to majors.
