Why do you say it's a complete disaster? There are delays all the time on tour.

If the balls move when placed on the green, you can't really play. They are trying to get ahead of this with softer greens to start, but we'll see if it is enough.

Looks like I picked a good day to take the kid up to Mannakiki and play. By the time we are done maybe Rory will have teed off. There is also a chance the wind will be blowing 40-60 and play will be suspended.

My app has backed off on that. Showing gust mid 30s this afternoon. Probably same people saying that were saying BR was getting 18 inches of rain this week.

It won't matter because the PM tee times, probably won't make it through 1/2 of their round later. They'll be friendlier conditions on Friday morning.
They're apparently resuming in 20 minutes (8:05 CT/9:05 ET) so that should speed things up now.
