If you want to get a good look at the course Grant Horvat and the Bryan Bros played it.

George made a hole-in-one today:

Probably my favorite clubhouse (as if I’ll ever step foot in any of them) of that early American golf club era. They had a Senior US Open or something there a couple years ago and it’s cool how prominent it is in the background on TV.
Somebody should get a thread going on the golf board just documenting clubhouses. Similar to that Art Deco thread that’s always loitering on the OT first page.

ETA: I am very excited for this tournament

Getting ahead of this one when people inevitably bitch about the soft conditions the first couple of days. There's supposed to be a lot of wind, especially Thursday. The USGA doesn't want to have to stop play with balls not coming to a stop on greens. They are also looking to make conditions more difficult by the day.

At least golf doesnt have ties
Unless you count some match play

If gusts are really hitting 50 they may have to stop play even with the greens as soft as they can get them.

Soccer will forever be gay. Just accept it.
Golf will always be better and have more exciting players and moments.
