Wu just about to tee off. I've been rooting for an am to make a strong showing in a major for a while. It's only Saturday, but who knows?

If an Am makes a move today it's Hovland. He won the us am on this golf course and had a solid Masters

This coverage by Fox is awful so far. Good lord. Tons of time watching pre-shot routines and mediocre shots.

Can they drop Fox already?

The amount of time Fox devotes to coverage of the Open is going to result in seeing some shitty shots. See Tiger for example.

I’m all for watching tiger’s good shots, but we don’t need to watch every single shot and movement of Tiger and Phil.

It's two hours until the leaders tee off. Who would you rather see?

Spieth, day, Fowler, Dustin Johnson.

Pretty much anything is better than round the clock coverage of every movement of Tiger and Phil.

I would rather see action from the course rather than someone hitting balls from the range.

FOX has come a long way with their cameras and sound equipment since the John Madden 1990s era days with a fuzzy picture with muffled sound.

The cameras and sound are top notch

CBS still has better T.V. football picture though
