In slo mo it was a foul. But you can call a foul on nearly every possession in a basketball and you have to be anticipating a foul to make that call in that situation.
I appears the officials have made that a point of emphasis in the tournament as that is probably the 3rd time we’ve seen it. Just hate to see a game end like that...and I had no dog in this fight
