I remember about 10-15 years ago when this would happen it was a mega-big deal.

Now it happens multiple times every single season, college, NFL, you name it. We're almost to the point you see it every couple of weekends.

There's a youtube vidoe I watched recently where a guy tried to compile every time it's happened in major football and yes it's ramped up big time.

Clearly it's a cultural/discipline thing. You know these guys are coached not to do this and still do it. Mind blowingly stupid.
