I'll say that's not fair, McDaniels when he has a ton of talent is one of the more creative play callers out there. He's just being exposed when he has to generate plays for inferior talent.

I was told once that I had to be extremely accurate on passes to the running backs because of the pads they wear. They can’t bend down and catch it good or get there arms up over there heads as well as a receiver . That was in the mid 2000s though

Agahlor has been a bum, and both the TE acquisitions really haven't done anything. Bourne is the only receiver that has shown anything, and the line has just fallen apart so they are having massive issues even trying to run.
