Still don't get why we play games in London in Mexico. They surely have cable.

It’s absolutely retarded that they have to play in London

Goodell is trying to force fandom to take off there and it ain’t happening.

He’s got a better chance of expanding to Mexico or Canada but Mexico is a shite show on a number of levels and Canada’s biggest markets like Toronto and Vancouver tend to be in the backyard of existing franchises like the Bills and Seahawks.

He's trying to do what the NBA has done, only less effectively.

People are ****ing on the NBA right now for China, but the NBA has effectively developed fanbases in Europe and China better than any other major pro sports league, and the others are scrambling to catch up.

Plus, $35 is probably a higher price for those tickets than it would be if the game was in Cincy.

For a league worried about safety, they sure like to do things to prevent it. Only thing I can think of is try to create enough interest for a separate league there. No way it'll ever make sense to have a combined football league with other countries or continents. It's fricking retarded.

The NBA basically pushed a media package over there and partnered with the native leagues. That works when basketball exists over there to begin with and you are just showing a better form of it on TV.

There isn’t an NFL in the UK these days, as the World League is dead, and fandom for US football as opposed to association football or rugby is low over there.

Sir Winston and his mates should open the coffers and snap up a few on the cheap.

What I don't get is why any west coast team has to fly to London to play. That is an 8 hour time difference, and a 12 hour flight.

They made this a "Rams home game" however if like to point out that both London games this season had higher attendance than any Bengals home game.

I'll defend Goodell I think that most of the games have sold out easily and been successes.

These 2 teams both have small fanbases and are underachieving.

Raiders / Bears sold out two weeks ago and was a very hot ticket

Kinda shocked about that to be honest

The browns have been bad for long and they still pack their stadium, right?

For the game between a non-existent fan base and a fan base that wishes it was dead? Color me surprised.
