Some people are allergic to winning, I guess.

I just am in love with the fact that we are even comparing stats to the likes of powerhouses. JS.

The fact that it was 2 hours away was a bonus.

Same thing happened to Clemson. Do you realize how many walk up sales happen the day of a game when one of the teams is inside of a two hour drive?

There is literally NO COMPARISON on the planet that would put you in the same stratosphere as Florida.

I didn't start the thread.

Maybe you should get off your knees and then you'd get the point of the thread.

So the fact that we came closer to beating them than you did has nothing to do with comparisons?

Tell me again how many points you scored against them this year?

I'd much rather have 20k dedicated fans than 50k fairweather fans

This is my biggest issue concerning UL-L fans. I'm from Lafayette. I've lived here my entire life. 3 years ago, you could walk right up to the gate, hand them your student ID (whether it was current or expired like mine) and find a seat on the 50 in the student section. By the 4th qtr, there were less than 10k fans left. I'd say that's "dedicated" alright. All of these self-righteous UL "fans" around town that hate LSU because they're simply LSU are in complete denial. Coach Hud has done a fantastic job over the past 2 seasons, there's no denying that. Every fan base has bandwagon fans, there's not denying that either. Saying that UL-L "carries the torch" or "hold onto the rope" for Louisiana is an outrage. Go win the Sun Belt Conference outright and then come run your mouth.

Back in December I said the New Orleans Bowl would have more people than the Sugar Bowl and you all laughed. Turns out the Sugar bowl only had 5,000 more people.

So, what you're saying, is that you were wrong and the board was correct.

Okay.

Yeah, I can't sleep at night worrying about a fricking directional school that's scored 1 TD on LSU since 1902.

Thousands of threads on TD, and this is the one you're posting in because you don't care.
