[quote]Positive coronavirus tests with the St. Louis Cardinals have postponed their game against the Milwaukee Brewers, a source tells ESPN, confirming the @jonheyman report. Unclear how many, but to this point positives had been limited to teams in the East. Now in the Central, too.

If they are going to cancel every game when a player test positive they might as well cancel the damn season. Just send those players home and pick up some other players. They have plenty in the organization.

Im blaming this on Carlos without any facts. Dude has a problem with partying.

Fantasy league is a roller coaster right now.

Why are they cancelling games because of positive tests?

You see the wildfire that is COVID here. #STLCards have a positive from a test that was almost certainly taken in MInnesota. Cards were off yesterday, but #Twins played #Indians. What will this mean for their games?

I understand they want to avoid an outbreak like what happened in Miami, but I’m not sure how they can finish the season if the team gets shutdown every time there’s a positive test.

Of course those fricking St. Louis losers are gonna try to ruin the season

This is frickin' baseball.
How'll they ever pull off a football season? No chance.

Even golf isn’t gay enough to cancel tournaments because of positive tests

I had the same thought.

They might as well pull the plug. If you shut a team down after a positive test or two, some teams are going to end up playing 20-30 games.

So, per source, the #Cardinals for now have been told that, if the rest of the team tests negative (and I haven’t yet been told how many positives they had), the series with the Brewers will start on Saturday.

They clearly didn’t have much of a plan, but they let the Marlins play when they had positive tests. They had an outbreak, MLB is trying to make sure that doesn’t happen again.
