That’s the only time there should be an expectation to do nice things.
He could’ve done it and it would’ve been nice. But this kids mom is trying to make him look like a POS for not doing it. The mom feels like her kid is entitled to the autograph but he’s not.

I’m split. I went to a Saints practice as a kid when Ricky Williams was there and he was one of the only guys who didn’t sign my football (remember Keith Poole talking to us for at least 5 minutes), and it made me so mad, on the other hand it’s not his job to sign an autograph for me. It sucks for this kid but his mom is a total attention whore for putting this on social media trying to call our Steph.

I never understood why people get autographs. I wouldn't be surprised if Steph had already signed, but the fan wanted more. At the end of the day, Wardell Stephen Curry is just another person who has to eat, sleep, drink, and s*** like all of us. Lebron Raymone James has to do the same. I do enjoy sports; it's a way to connect with people; I have developed friendships through sports, but at the end of the day, they are just people, who happen to excel at something in the most lucrative industry. My favorite "celebrity" that I have met is Don Nelson. I'm sure these guys get sick of all of the attention (although I don't think Steph is one of them). I have met several NBA/NFL/MLB players, and I spoke to them like I would speak to anyone else. I have never understood the need to worship these people.
