The Mariners have the best odds to land him followed by the Dodgers.

I am pulling for the Dodgers just for the melts.

He had a tough past year in Japan and his projections have definitely taken a step back

Battled an injury early this year but is 100% healthy now and he's only 25.

I'm not completely familiar with MLB's international player rules, but at some point, these guys are going to have to be part of the draft, right? The international system and lack of cap make MLB appear too tilted.

Apparently he strikes out way too much and is slightly below average defensively. Don't think he has a place on the dodgers but will be a nice replacement for Suarez in Seattle

His K% is lower than Ohtani's in NPB: 26% to 27% and his HR% is higher.

I hope he's an all star and goes to the dodgers. MLB needs this.

He has nowhere to play on the Dodgers and certainly isn't playing OF

Unless he takes below what he's worth, he's not going to the Dodgers because he has no where to play on that roster
