They are playing the team with the worst home ice in the Western Conference. Even in the Sakic/Forsberg/Roy years they couldn't draw a good crowd

Not much that I can add to what everyone else has said. The call was horrid but the officials had nothing to do with giving up 4 goals in 4 minutes...nor did they have anything to do with VGK failing to close out SJ in Game 5 and especially Game 6.

I was saying during last year's playoffs that VGK needed to address their defensive issues. If tonight doesn't get that message through to them, I don't know what will.

Congrats to SJ and you're welcome to Avs fans.

As my Bruins fans neighbors said just after the game, "NOW you know what NHL playoff hockey feels like. Welcome to it."

What did I miss? I was out when Vegas scored the 2nd goal.

Probably one of the best hockey games I’ve ever seen. The 3rd period was insanity and OT was great.

Cody Eakins got a 5major and the game for crosschecking Joe Pavelski off a faceoff. Joe caught an edge, fell awkwardly and ended up concussed with a bleeding head wound.

Sharks score 4 goals on the ensuing 5 min power play.

Vegas got one back with 45 seconds left to tie.

OT was exciting, full of chances and near-misses. Barclay Goodrow deked the piss out of Fleury with about 2 minutes left, and that was that.

I bet DeBoer told Gallant to suck his dick after the game since Gallant called him a clown

This is far from true.

You spewed this same stupidity last Friday, which was refuted with this fact:
quote:

The Avalanche still holds the longest sell out record in the NHL at 487 games. It began on November 9, 1995 (at McNichols Sports Arena), and ended on October 16, 2006 (at the Pepsi Center).

So, either you're trolling or are just plain stupid.

I think Atlanta was better because of Heatley. That wreck also destroyed any hope they had.

Fun fact, i knew that guy a bit in college. Goalie and defenseman lived next door to us so we used to party with them. Super quiet guy and not a big drinker, at least at the point.

I was laughing reading all the tweets this morning about the Lillard shot last night, thinking, I watched two straight 60+ minute games that had that intensity and craziness nonstop.
