Does anyone have a video of what happened? I turned the game off after it was 4-0 and watched a movie. Sounds like game 2 will be a must-watch.

One of the parts of the hockey code that eludes me is this idea that you can take unlimited runs at a guy. If a guy drops the gloves or otherwise sustains a retaliation that should be it. It should be done at that point. I had guys that act like Reaves. In the back of my mind I am having Steve Moore flashbacks .

I also think part of DeBoer's thinking was that he knew that there was a 3 day break between Game 1 and Game 2. He decided that it would give Fleury a break and he hoped that maybe Lehner could steal Game 1. Not saying that I agree but that seems to be the consensus. Truth be told, Fleury in net wasn't gonna make much of a difference last night.
