That is so idiotic that 2 of the games are on NBCSN. Just leave all the games on NBC. It shouldn’t be that hard.

I’d love to see a Wash-VGK series just for the juxtaposition between one long suffering fan base versus one that hasn’t suffered at all.

Yeah, that's a spicy final to me. I would only glance at TB/VGK in passing.

Biggest game in Caps history. That speaks to the long-suffering nature of the fanbase, but here we are.

Fun stat: Road teams are 28-27 in Games 7 since the lockout. There's no advantage (or disadvantage) to playing at home.

As a Caps fan, I am not nervous at all. I am not sure why not, but I actually just assume we will lose. For some reason, I was a beyond nervous before Game 6 as I did not want this to be the same old Caps who lose 4 straight.

The flipped the script then, will they do it again?

Here we go, game 7 winner gets a chance to take on Vegas for "The Cup"

It's been a crazy good series so far, and after the Lightning lost those first two games at home, I never thought we'd see a game 7, but here we are. Hopefully the Lightning can answer the call but their star players have to be stars tonight. Especially Kucherov, he's been quite since the New Jersey series. Kucherov has still made plays, (Mostly on PP) but he's within his biggest playoff slump right now. The Lightning will not win a "Cup" without Kucherov preforming at the level he's capable of playing at, that simple. Point has been solid, but the Lightning need more than a rookie stepping up at this stage in the game.

This is one those series where many players have paid their playoff dues, but only one team can move on unfortunately. Hopefully this group of Lightning players can finally get over that "Cup" hump, but if not, I'll be pulling for the Caps to win the toughest trophy in sports.

Go Lightning !!!!

Rangers hired David Quinn as head coach. Previously the HC of Boston University.

Stars hired Jim Montgomery from Denver U. Hakstol of course came from North Dakota.

That’s a good hire getting Quinn. He’s pretty good. I think he will be able to deal with the pressures. Wasn’t Montgomery sort of new at DU?

I’m just going to watch and enjoy. I got no fan interest other than watching SCH and Unlucky go into overreact mode

The road teams have dome extremely well in these playoffs. Thus far, VGK have ended all 3 of their series on the road.

You might be let down in 4-5 games. The golden misfits are straight business.
