I’d be more concerned with the tread on his tires. The dude is 33 but probably has the body of a 40yr old after his yrs in Detroit. I’m pretty sure he’s had a broken back.

Last year was ugly but actually was fairly durable despite all the hits and wear/tear. He went quite a while without missing a game. The LAR have a solid OL so that will help.

Goff is one of the 5 worst starting qbs in the NFL. He will be lost without McVay. This is a big time upgrade for the Rams.

Happy for Matt. He lives across from my sister's FIL in Sandy Springs, GA(15 miles N of downtown Atlanta). He's a good dude and he deserves to go compete for a title.

Go look at the big Jay Cutler trade from years ago. Watson's price will exorbitant.

Cutler was traded for exactly what Stafford got traded for. Watson’s attitude and contract are problems.

Goff just lead the Rams to the Super Bowl two years ago... Goff has a 60% winning percentage ... Stafford has 44%

Wins and losses are not a QB stat. You’ll get to see that this year when Stafford gets 12-13 wins and Goff gets 4-6.

Every time this boards goes all in on one opinion and I go the opposite way, I’ve been proven right.

Take that how you will.

That sucks for Goff. Dude is young and rich living it up in Los Angeles and now he has to move to Michigan.

His money goes farther in the Rust Belt and there are plenty of hot women in a state with 9.9 million people. He can keep a place in LA or Florida or somewhere else and have a mansion in Detroit. He'll have to own a Ford for looks but he can get a real nice F150.

The trade wasn't about getting Stafford, it was about getting out of Goff's contract. Radio this morning said that Stafford might be headed to Atlanta for Ryan & picks.

Why does that matter? They aren’t competing for the playoffs over the next two years, they are tanking to rebuild.

I mean... Detroit won’t be competing for shite over the next two years anyway when his contract is up. Those draft picks mean more.
