St. Louis Cardinals losing attendance and no playoffs for 4 straight seasons.

30% decrease in attendance the past 3 seasons. Have not made the playoffs since 2022.
Do they move on from Marmol or give him another season?
I also feel like their struggles have flown under the radar compared to other storied franchises who have fallen behind recently.

They need to coax Pujols, Freese, Carpenter and Molina out of retirement. But the biggest hit was the death of Mike Shannon who would will them to win from the broadcast booth.

If you actually followed baseball, you'd know they had a pretty good season relative to expectations coming into the season. A lot of good young players showed development, Wetherholt looks like a future star, and they were playing competitive over .500 baseball for the first 75% of the season. No one expected them to compete this year, and their pitching depth was never there to carry them all the way. No reason at all to be down about this year if you're a Cardinals fan.
