Wilson has proven to be pretty good in his first year. We don't know how good Flynn would be as a full time starter. He did well in the preseason. Well enough to certainly start.
Can we all agree that Wilson is the exception and not the rule for rookies being a starter? Especially one picked up in the 3rd round.

Not in Seattle. If I remember correctly people were justifying Wilson's numbers by playing against 3's and 2's. When he rolled the Chiefs, the justification was it was KC.

No lie. I work out with a QB coach who works with Flynn and Brees on occasion. Straight told him he was benched without being given a real shot and that PC does in fact still hate LSU
