If the Saints can stay healthy I think they will but I'd rather tank the season. I could also see the Panthers as a dark horse.

If Derek Carr gets traded, he's going to one of those spots.. probably Carolina.

But the Raiders may not trade him now after eseentially kicking him off the team.

Rumor is the Falcons are trying to trade for Lamar Jackson if his contract negotiations go south, but I'm sure they'd have to give up the farm to do so. I'm sure that would tip the scales a little.

Panthers I guess unless one of the other teams can get the better qb.

Draft and FA change a lot

There is no way to know what the division will look like

No way I’d want Lamar given what we’d lose, we’re not a QB away from being elite or even good

This totally makes sense for the Falcons.

Now, if you said the Saints were trying to trade for Baker Mayfield, then I would say, "this totally makes sense for the Saints".

I think the Panthers have the best defense. Saints are aging on that side of the ball and the pass rush and Dline are a concern into next year for me. In a division without a top 20 NFL QB I'll take the best defense.

the underlying rosters of those teams aren’t horrible. probably just depends on who makes the strongest move under center. I could be convinced of all 3 teams not named Tampa

Why, the FALCS, of course!

The chant "First Place Falcs! First Place Falcs!" will resound all over Atlanta. Ridder will be like a young Mahomes. And the Defense? Are you kidding? The Falcs stole a genius away from the Aints.

Saints are winning 11 games, plus the NFC South. Panthers will be a close second.

Sadly, I agree. And they have the best coach.

Obviously early, but I definitely still would pick the Panthers.

Maybe the Panthers. It will be a very bad division again.
