Obviously we’re barely into the off-season for some teams, so things can and likely will change, but as it stands right now…

Is it possible the division is actually WORSE than this season? That’s almost incomprehensible

If Wilks were in Charlotte to offer continuity for their successful end of year run, I'd say them.

I like the Falcons with some added depth. I think Ridder has a chance to be very, very good in AS's scheme.

Realistically one of the Falcons, Saints, or Panthers probably take a small step forward next year and have a better record. Saints will depend completely on staying healthy/getting more production out of Kamara as the cap situation is a disaster so depth will be a concern.

Falcons and Panthers will just be finding an identity/ having younger players taking the next step. My money is probably on Atlanta improving and being a 10-7/9-8ish type team next year and winning the division.

Saints will enter Week 18 with a chance to win the division, win their game, but not win the division.

Coin flip on that same week to determine if they are the 7 Seed

Whoever wins it could finish 8-9, the division is so bad. Do we know what other division the South will face, or is that unknown until the schedule reveal?

Panthers are best team Sadly, I agree. And they have the best coach.

I think A Smith is the best coach.
With the worst QB, Oline and DLine and receivers.

This largely depends on how well the Falcons spend all of their cap space, IMO. I don't just say that as a fan, either. Arthur Smith has won 7 games with a dogshit roster in each of the last two seasons and there is a lot of potential for improvement.

Falcons low key have a good offense. Could be a nice landing spot for Derek Carr like QB
