In response to a question about what Clemson may have done to limit his effectiveness and the 2 picks, tua flat out says "oh it was nothing they did. That was just bad decisions"

It’s not hard to be “humble” when you are winning and getting all the praise

Dude is accurate and talented but has looked bad at multiple times this year

Little bit overrated and honestly the guy on the other team playing QB looks like he might be a better prospect

I was thinking the same thing. Question was something like “what did they do to confuse u?” He said “nothing, just bad decisions, didn’t execute”
paraphrasing of course

I was kind of surprised he didn't really credit Clemson's D with anything. And when he took a later question about redzone issues, he doubled-down on it simply being a lack of execution.

Been saying a year this guy is just barely above average anybody could have been in heisman contention playing on this bama team

Dude needed to get his shite pushed in from the sounds of that press conference. He may be better off in the long run for it

Tua came across as a the very definition of the "spoiled athlete" a-hole type in that presser. Denying Clemson any kind of recognition, even when saban is basically sitting there saying how great and talented they were.

It's very apparent Tua doesn't have actual humility, especially when you watch how he plays, always looking for the home run, and then does the whole "my fault" bullshite after the pick 6.
They know it's your fault, you threw it right to the defender, now don't make an extra show about it.

We've all played with and known guys like this, and they're all basically pricks, with no self awareness.

It's totally different getting thrust into a spot unexpectedly vs. Being the guy.

I'll reserve final judgement because thry only showed some clips of his responses, but he was pretty adamant in those clips that it was bama who lost and not clemson who won.

Nothing wrong with owning your mistakes, but to not give any credit to the other side when they put on a absolute clinic is weak.

Quinnen Williams said the same thing. Just said they did nothing special and we made a lot of errors.

He got to step in and go yolo vs Georgia last year. Tapped out and had hurts save him vs Georgia this year. And got smoked vs Clemson this year.

It's quite a different experience when you face equal competition and have to shoulder the burden without an advantage.

44-16 is what I would have told the young Deca-Durabolin infested count. It doesn't get that bad on errors dumb frick. Two freshmen lit your arse up; your coach got out coached; your offense got manhandled on the goal-line and red-zone. No one gets arse blazed like that on "errors" unhumble Bama Gump trash and you wonder why people think yall are all classless trashy pampered frauds. Now go thank Kirby NotSmart for choking the last two years bitch.
