None of your responses even addressed the statement I made about caitlin Clark's highest rated games being vs angel Reese.

One of Clark’s highest rated games was against Reese. The other was five. And before the game last weekend, Reese wasn’t her highest.

I see you keep ignoring the question of why aren’t any of the top NINE games Reese-only games? Surely she could have carried one top 9 game?

Also, take Reese out of those nine games and Clark still dominates. It’s painfully clear that Clark is dominating this and does not need Reese at all to still be the most watched.

You think they can dunk on 9’ with their 10” verticals?
A couple of them would be able to dunk, and only on breakaways.
No woman is dunking on another woman. They’d violently foul anyone who tried, whether on purpose or accident.

It’s not growing women’s basketball if the numbers are just because of her and will drop again when she retires…

Watch it bro. Angel Reese is single handedly drawing these massive views and exponential attendance numbers.

I know that’s hard for many to accept but it’s true.

You can beat them over the head with this fact and they still couldn't get it through their thick heads.

WNBA regular season game views were up 27% last year when caitlin Clark wasn't even in it

Your average MSB poster thinks all those extra views were only tuning in to watch caitlin Clark play in a league she wasn't even a member of apparently.

The highest watched WNBA game not featuring Clark in prime time on network TV had a lower rating than a Tuesday night Clark game on ION.

Was it increasing? Yes. Does Clark move the needle more than any other player ever in that league and leaps and bounds beyond any potential for the league without Clark? Absolutely.

Clark is getting bigger crowds and numbers on cable on weeknights than the league ever saw with their stars on network during prime weekend slots.

Show me where anyone said Clark wasn't the biggest draw?

The whole debate is about other players also moving the needle.

Chicago attendance was up this year before their first home game against caitlin Clark occurred. Are people showing up to chicago games to watch Clark play when she is in a different city? Or maybe, just maybe, are some extra people showing up to watch Angel Reese?

When the total numbers are so small, that percentage doesn’t mean shite.

And?

It’s a city of millions.

AR is a talent.

A bump in attendance is not a shock.

You poo pooing Clark’s impact is comical.

Noone is shitting on caitlin Clark.

Have said she's the biggest draw like 5 times in this thread already.

Doesn't change the fact that wnba viewers were up before she even made it to the league

I mean sure lol. It’s minuscule compared to what Clark’s doing though. Reese has added an average of 1k in attendance this season in CHICAGO, a market 3X as big as Indiana. Clark has grown attendance average by TWELVE THOUSAND, in a market 1/3 the size. Reese should have this number doubled since she’s such a big draw. But she’s not so she’s playing around with 15% increases vs FOUR HUNDRED PERCENT.

And you realize the numbers you are posting aren’t really helping your argument lol

The wnba finals last season, the pinnacle of your league, was at 728k. Clark is pulling in MILLIONS on weekday regular season games lol

you just answered your own question.

What are the other factors?

15% increase is a factor.

Ok. It’s probably about 95% Clark. But sure let’s play semantics and say it’s not “squarely on Clark” and act like if she wasn’t playing none of this would even be a topic

Oh wait. I’m sure you think that these millions of viewers that are watching Clark would be watching Reese if you took Clark out of the equation

semantics are pretty important when you are arguing a point.

do you also use "literally" but don't actually mean "literally"? and then argue when people say you're wrong?

"Squarely on" would mean Clark is responsible for ALL of the increased views/attendance, you just stated Angel Reese is responsible for around 15% increased attendance.

Ok. You’re right. 95% to 5% means Clark isn’t squarely responsible

Congrats. You just pointed out what everyone already knows.
