I used to watch ESPN constantly, and even watched Cold Pizza after I had seen the replay of SportsCenter too many times. I couldn't wait to watch PTI and ATH. I had College Football Live DVRed and would watch it daily. I'd fall asleep with Baseball Tonight on.
All of the commentary and highlight shows on ESPN and FS1 suck and have for a long time. Pick whatever your interest is and there is a blog/vlog/podcast that will give you far more insight and wisdom on that topic than ESPN or FS1. And the plus side is you don't have to hear people arguing over who should have won the WNBA All-Star Lay Up contest when you don't give two shits about that or the other things the networks pump up because they have the broadcast deal for that league.

Skip saying Bronny has the clutch gene, after a summer league game, and it skipped a generation is one of the funniest things in sports history. Damn shame it was wasted on him talking to himself on a podcast and not with an audience.
