She won a couple SEC Championships, and I do understand her being frustrated about sharing a locker room with someone who has male body parts. That’s absurd.
Do I understand how she turned zero podium finishes in NCAA history into a career? No, no I do not
But she did a good job at it. I think the thing for me is, that she has now used her platform about transgender athletes which she does know things about into acting like she’s some political savant who understands tariffs, taxes, etc. and the right wingers just eat it up because she hates transgender people so much.

She ran the playbook to get her name out there on the MAGA speaking circuit. She is correct on the trans issues though. You have to be completely disconnected from reality to support that trans garbage in sports.

I don’t think she meets the definition of a “grifter”.
I get that you mean she has turned having to compete against a dude into a career.
But unfortunately we have arrived at such an absurd place in our societal history that we need people like Riley Gaines out there arguing to keep dudes out of women’s sports.
