If you actually listened to the interview, it wasn't even that bad.
He basically said it wasn't from well-connected people or 'real' boosters. His example was of signing 10 jerseys for a guy who says thanks, then shakes the hand with a hundred.

There was a story about Les Miles' tenure at OSU
Basically allowed "select" boosters to tour the locker rooms during games.
The article alleged some of those boosters would leave cash in the lockers of the players who had an outstanding game
