Very very bad situation, hard to know what it real or made up.
These are the same two that were involved with this not too long ago.

Not sure how to react, these claims read pretty absurd/outrageous to me especially with her crying and refusing and him persisting in the assault and then threatening her afterwards like that was somehow ok, not gonna rush to judgment and let the process play out

always odd to me that these civil lawsuits aren't accompanied by criminal charges being filed. If that is, in fact, what happened, why is she just looking for a payday instead of holding him accountable in a criminal court. SOL in Tennessee is 4 years for simple sexual assault and 8 years for aggravated. SOL for a civil lawsuit is 1 year, so I'm not sure how this is not being tossed out
