Statement from Pastner's lawyer, this is a crazy story most likely fake. Regardless this is the last thing you want if you are a public figure as everyone always assumes you are guilty without finding out the facts

First, why is it the go-to move for "people in power" to sling their dicks out and start jerkin' em all over clothed and confused people?
Second, and I'm not victim blaming here, but how do you get jerked off on while sitting on the edge of a bed? AND your friend is gettin' cleaned up in the shower. What are y'all doing?

You're right, none of that makes any sense. You know why? Because it didn't happen. NCAA already investigated the dudes previous allegations and said "nothing to see here". Dude is a wackjob that got super butthurt because Pastner didn't call him on his birthday.

On its face, him persisting while she's rejecting and screaming sounds really ridiculous and absurd especially when there's criminal/civil liability at play so I'm gonna presume he's innocent until proven guilty/liable because to do otherwise would be completely unreasonable and stupid as well as antithetical to one of the foundations upon which our country was built
