Miller's Buyout FOR CAUSE clause
The lawyer who negotiated this should be terminated immediately and if I'm a judge I'd deny him any recovery and compel him to pay defense ALL attorneys fees COMMON SENSE BITCHES

But convenient of the FBI to drop all this stuff just before conference tourneys and NCAA tourney.

If I have to explain to you on what grounds this "plaintiff" should have to pay all defense attorneys fees and shouldn't recover if he's terminated, you're literally too stupid to respond to this is MURICA bro we don't reward the stupid anymore

I don’t know why the New York Southern District has jurisdiction on this

True Story
There is a... extremely, extremely fricking good I might add, race horse named after Lute Olsen called MIdnight lute.
Bob Baffert named him that because of how Lute would come in and steal recruits at midnight right before signing period.
midnight lute won the 2007 and 2008 Breedres Cup Sprint. The best sprinter on dirt I've ever seen in my life time when healthy

Aint nobody paid me for a free lunch while I was in college!!!!
Wait, yea a professor bought me a subway sandwich one day years ago, guess the math and science department should have been banned and/or fined for that affair.
Sarcasm of course. I agree.
It burdens me that UNC and Duke dont have more dirt on them damnit.

Duke and UNC do have dirt on them... the tar heels and Roy Williams especially... they might have skated on the academic fraud case, it is time for some justice now.
I can't imagine Sean Miller will be coaching today or Ayton playing. If they are then UA needs some serious house cleaning starting from the president on down. This is not 40 dollar meal paid for... This a 100k for services for a player, that is hard time and should be. If zona is in the tourney this year, then the ncaa is a disgrace... we already know that.

it's not about rther or not students should be paid.
It's about, we have some teams playing by the rules and we have some that don't. It's not fair to the teams that try to do the right thing, to go back and say yeah, the rules we set dont' matter, sorry for following the rules brah you should have cheated.
Either we paying or we not.

Literally a couple of ham sandwiches.
I doubt anyone on Tobacco Road is losing any sleep over this.

the Wiki for DeAndre Ayton

quote:
On September 6, 2016, DeAndre committed to play for the Arizona Wildcats[12][13][14], and he signed his letter of intent/1 year deal worth $100,000.00 that day.

Don’t think Lute would know where he is or what he is doing. Heard he has dementia and onset Alzheimer’s.

Sadly, that wouldn't surprise me. It was pretty clear he was off his rocker about 10 years ago.
