Exactly. There's nothing wrong with simply being alert. Being careful. Men and women should both do it more often IMO. I see too many people at train stops in Chicago at night with their heads buried in their phones or their headphones on.
What rubs wrong is Hill's assumption that it's a shame women have to treat every man as a predator. They really don't, and I think it's unfortunate for a person to carry that mindset with them on a daily basis.

Her thought process is irrational.
Her anxiety is a result of her thought process.
I’m just pointing out the irrationality of her thought process and how that is something she needs to work on, rather than making demands of 50% of the population.
