He cheated. Shouldn’t be allowed in HOF like those steroid users and suspended a year like the Astros coach. Rules are rules.

Neither of those links say a fricking thing about DETERMINING STICKINESS dumbass. Only where resin is and isn’t allowed to be applied.

Try again.

Wrong, you just can’t read. Maybe that’s why you butchered the story in your OP.

Shouldn’t be too hard for you to quote where in the article it says anything about that.

You won’t. We both know why.

“Umpires will have the discretion to inspect any part of the player’s uniform, also determining if anything on a pitcher’s hand or fingers constitutes a foreign substance.”

Pretty easy to find

Again, nothing about determining stickiness. Which was the reason given by this umpire for Scherzer’s ejection.

Take the L old timer.

Wrong again. You don’t get to make up and twist the rule to your benefit dipshit. All you’ve done is make false statements, deflect and act like a child.

He knows that which is why he’s trying to twist and deflect from the facts. Then again he maybe stupid, he keeps spelling rosin like it’s something he found in his moms boyfriends bong.

They did the same thing with Max. He had a couple opportunities to fix it.

German washed his hands, came out and they made him wash his hands again

the mlb official in the dugout should have checked his hand before he went out in the B4 and they tossed him

phil cuzzi has done this a few times

I fully trust the Umpires here. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a more integrity laden group of men. Also, fun fact….3 pitchers suspended so far this year all by the same Umpire. And I hate fricking Scherzer.

You’re genuinely a fricking moron if you interpret that rule in any way stating what is appropriate levels of stickiness. You didn’t bother to read the articles you linked because if you had, your dumbass wouldn’t have posted them. You just googled resin MLB rules and clicked on the first articles that popped up because you’re lazy.

quote:

“I said this to Buck (Showalter) and to Max, it really didn’t matter to us what it is. All we know that it was far stickier than anything that we felt certainly today and anything this year,” Cuzzi said.

That is a direct quote from the umpire as to why he tossed Scherzer. Nothing about being in violation over placement of an approved substance like the rule states a player could be in violation of. He invented new qualifiers to fricking toss him.

Quit being a disingenuous POS to try and save face because you decided to be an arrogant frick and got embarrassed. All you had to do was actually read and understand the rule before you ran your man pleaser and we could have avoided all of this.

No Scherzer fan here but this is a joke. The fact that Cuzzi has been involved in all 3 should tell you all you need to know.

I am not wrong. There is no rule about stickiness. Period.
