most saints fans I know are legit, but even if most aren't they still seem to get under some fans skin. The fact that someone came and made a thread on here calling saints fans out instead of enjoying a big win by his team is sad.Posted on 9/9/12 at 7:13 pm to F machine

Matt Ryan can throw 5k yards and 40 touchdowns yet to many saints fans he is still an average QB

Most saints fans I personally know are also lsu fans so I don't know.

Do you not understand how a rivalry works? We hate each other so we won't give them credit for much. Not to mention Ryan hasn't done much in terms of beating the saints so he definitely won't get the respect. now this year could very well be different if the saints don't get their shite together.

Most saints fans are LSU fans. A lot of saints and LSU fans will vehemently disagree with that, but they are just the vocal minority.

There are a good number of dual fans, but in my experience that comes most from the LSU/BR side. When I lived in New Orleans I was amazed at how much anti-LSU sentiment there was. IMO the Saints have become that city's "new" Tulane and they hate/resent anything great in Louisiana that's not associated with New Orleans.
