Now you're switching things up for your argument. No one mentioned making money as being part of his job. We are talking about football skill level. And peej actually has a decent point. Romo performs well a lot of times, but he does seem to mess up at crucial times. If you did that at your job, there would be consequences.

I always took it as you can't hit the receiver with your helmet or in the head/neck area while he's making a catch. Maybe I'm wrong.
