Wilson had his own office and parking spots... no real coach going for that shite... his wife entourage was a mainstay in the building... Shannon Sharpe complained about it also... Russ was too pampered to have success with the Broncos

Sean’s ego was always gonna be something to watch there. I don’t know if he’ll turn it around. I get he wanted to get back in coaching but he really should’ve waited another year. Chargers job would be his.

Wilson said he wanted to be coached tough. He got it and to his credit he personally hasn't come out and attacked Payton or the organization for his benching. I just find it weird that media types are now making Payton out to be a villain for yelling on the sidelines and now benching him. They're taking it more personal than Russ seems to be.
Payton has standards for QBs making the kind of money Russ is and Russ wasn't meeting them, even though he has played better than last year, Payton wants to go a different direction. Denver wanted Russ to waive his injury clause, and Russ refused (as he should, it's his money) so they're doing the business move to keep him from getting injured so they can cut him.
It's business. Life goes on. Doesn't seem to be any hard feelings about this situation from the parties involved, only from the outside parties (fans and media). I just find that a little funny.

Guarantee there are hard feelings on Russ' side but he's always in politician mode so he won't say that publicly and he'd get called an overpaid whiner if he did.
