Rumor: Nets are looking to ship Ben Simmons out as part of a 3 way trade

It’s to match salaries so Portland can get a bunch of picks, they’ll probably buy him out.

If the salary thing were workable he would have been an interesting replacement for Draymomd on Golden State. He can pass, rebound, and defend. With others shooting that would be theoretically pretty good.

The only team that would take him is Portland, but the amount of first round draft picks that Brooklyn would have to give up should make this unappealing even to them.

no one wants his insane arse as is. he passed up a 5 foot shot with the game on the line in playoffs.

Draymond isn't scared to shoot the ball like Simmons.
In 11 seasons Dray has shot over 100 threes 9 times. The only two seasons he shot less than that were in his rookie year w/67 and in '21/'22 w/54 when he only played 46 games.
Simmons on the other hand? Since he joined the league he has attempted just 36 threes. Until he stops being such a scared arse baby about shooting the ball he is unplayable for more than 15 minutes a game b/c it's 4 on 5 w/him on the court.

Better yet, he needs to be shipped out of the League! He is highly overrated. Cut him and move on!
