I’m guessing schools will be out also.

Ignore your source.

I have not even heard that this was being discussed.

If schools are closed - different discussion.

people are working very hard behind the scenes to prevent this - posting rumors makes their job more difficult and creates distractions - don't do it.

I’m assuming the LHSAA will go ahead and claim every team is a state champion instead of the usual 40%.

If schools are shuttered.........yes.... if schools are closed for an emergency reason - they cannot play - which would not even be the LHSAA's call.

With the usual size of crowds at HS baseball, track, golf, tennis, I don't see why people who attend can't just spread out and avoid contact with each other just in case. There are only a few teams that draw more than a couple hundred people for baseball.

Clarify. Is this LHSAA championship events or regular season games put on by schools?

Due to school district closures (they're coming), LHSAA will decide soon whether or not to just shut down all games for the next 2-3 weeks. That's what I'm hearing. The biggest schools districts in the state, NE, NW, SE, and SW are meeting today and tomorrow to decide how to proceed.

Right, I understand that, but with the amount of closures that are expected over the next few days, into next week, I'm hearing they're going to suspend or at least limit travel and games.
