I don’t care if he has to catch fly balls in his hat, immediately becomes best OF bat. It was a felony that the Royal’s started the season with an OF of Hunter Renfro, MJ Melendez, & Kyle “fricking” Isbel.
IMO, this was finally the straw that broke the camel’s back.
Kris Bubic’s 1.43 ERA & 1.00 Whip threw a 5 hit CG…and lost 1-0…at the K on Sunday.
He gave up a triple in the 3rd and runner scored on WP.
Royal’s staff has been excellent, desperately need some bats.
