according to every ESPN media outlet this morning.

One of the great quotes:
"Nobody could have done what Ben did on that play, avoiding the rushers like that."

he did that over and over last night. If you aren't impressed with what he did last night to avoid being sacked, then you are just hating.

Apparently they missed Manning's escape last year, which set up the Tyree miracle. Or my personal favorite, McNair's scramble against the Rams on the Titans last drive.

I just don't understand why everything BIG that happens nowadays has to be "The Best Ever". Why can't they just take it for what it's worth...It was a good fricking football game. Plane and Simple.

gothca, your absolutely right, they overhype the hell outta shite these days, if a fan trips, falls and throws his drink in the air and the vender comes along and snatches it in midair, they'll say " that's greatest catch in the history of vending I've ever seen" ridiculous what media sensationalizing has done to the world we live in today.

Ben is pretty underrated (at least before last night).

I don't understand the hate - he made some awesome plays.

no hate, at least not on my part, but Kracka is right how they over do it with praise, Roethlisberger made outstanding passes in crucial situations(albeit should have been sacked in some situ) and played a whale of a game, deserves to be MVP, but greatest ever is a lil over the top.
