Assets were worth $147 million in April of this year. There are sure to be some liabilities to cover from the bankruptcy, but Tillman ain't dumb.

Me and reauxl go back. We're just messing with each other. He likes minor league football, I like professional football.

Many of them are specific to Galveston, Kemah, Houston, and his casino properties. Grotto is good. Vic and Anthony's is good. Morton's is pretty damn good.

Most of them are crap though.

Mortons is probably the worst of the major steakhouse chains, however they make up for it with mastros, which is probably the best.

I'll admit that they did upgrade some of the offerings this year, but it still has a ways to go.

Minute Maid dominates them.

I admit I'm wrong all the time. I thought that the Spurs weren't our daddy in the playoffs last year for a brief period.

Now CC can set their focus on finally wrapping up the ancillary parts of that Melo deal they've been working on for a couple of months!!!!

We still at the two Knicks have no reason to make the move now. maybe melo changes his mind is their point of view and maybe he is willing to go play somewheres else.

If you're melo you continue to say I waive the clause for Houston only. And then you join CC when the trade is made prior to camp or you join CC after Knicks buy you out.

this is simple logic / hoops acumen stuff. CC and melo hold all the cards. Knicks best move is to wait and hope for a miracle. An offseason injury to James or Chris would be about the only thing that would have melo reconsider no trade clause.

What's up with ya boy Billy Simmons saying there's no chance HOU can get Melo?

Billy Simmons said HOU just doesn't have the assets to pull it off.

Billy is just out of the loop on this one, obviously.

Knicks hold some cards as well. They can lowball the buyout knowing Melo doesn't want to start next season as a Knick. Houston has no cards. They have nothing to offer NYK that New York would want. So this battle is really between Melo and New York ownership unless Houston can miraculously get a 3rd team involved that's drooling over Ryan Anderson, which I'm pretty sure would have happened by now if there was such a team out there.

It's gonna happen. Just no big rush. Parameters are in place.
