They're going to get killed for this. You have the side were seeing on TD that probably thinks the song is about hanging white people and will say its an attack on America and black people will see it as obvious pandering.

They can protest on their own time, not on company time and paying customers time. It's disrespectful to their employers, the flag, and the paying customers.

The standardized norm for acknowledging the National anthem is standing up with hand over heart.
You don't have to agree with it or accept it, but that's the norm and anything other than that will be deemed disrespectful by many.
It's a simple concept.
Again, you don't have to agree with it, but it's not some puzzle on why people deem it disrespectful.
