ULL isn't the state's flagship athletics program. ULL isn't the state's flagship academic university. ULL isn't the largest student body in Louisiana. ULL isn't the orginal University of Louisiana. ULL isn't in Baton Rouge nor New Orleans (the two most relevant cities to Louisiana). Somebody explain to me the shock at a backlash pertaining to ULL trying to claim the identity of "Louisiana".

Our unis look amazing, and Blake Trahan is looking like a damn stud who doesn't give a good god damn. The SHSU unis are classic, and number 9 is making quite a good derp face.

Well, that's a lie. You can tell in that series of pics theres no Lafayette to be found on those.
