Preds won last night. While Pekka seemed to regain his all star form, it's important to note that the Oilers have six guys injured.

Hopefully the trend continues against Calgary....

Looking to catch Pens/Caps on NBC.
I don't remember hockey being this feminine.

I'm hoping the Hawks can get back to form tonight against St. Louis. Looked really bad against Tampa and Florida, outplayed in both.

I'm at a moment of reflection right now: I've been highly critical of Price for his annual collapse in the playoffs, however he really IS an awesome goalie. This is evidenced by how shitty the Habs play without him. Saw that Mad Max got hurt, when does he get back?

Habs will make the playoffs.

As for the Rangers, Vigneault continues to amaze me for his ability to coddle overpaid veteran players and allow them to play without paying consequences for rookie-esque mistakes (in some cases, rewarding them with an "A" on their sweater). It's like Dan Girardi and Marc Staal have compromising photos.

In other news, the Preds won three games in a row. Let's see if they can make it 4 in a row for the first time this season.

sounds like Blues and Jackets are working on a deal for hartnell.

i think any deal for hartnell is horrible, he still has 3? years left of a contract paying him some nice change.

and if Blues management give Backes an extension, they are insane. Its time t move on, he's a horrible Captain, and on ice leader(lol, i said backes and leadership).

Seems like cash is a problem, so deal petro and backes. Backes will fetch a good return, and petro will fetch a handsome return.

Neither will be missed.

Hartnell scored last night vs the Habs.

Well that is not that much of an accomplishment I think Stevie Wonder could score vs the Habs right now.

I still hate CP31 come playoff time, but I actually praised him in a thread Monday. Slinger was there to see it even

I wish him the plaque, HIV, and AIDS. I truly despise him. He is above CP31 on my hate list. I am beginning to put Therion and Bergy on the upper echelons, even ahead of CP31.

The meltdown on 690 here in Montreal the last month or so has been gold. Everyone wants some combination of Therrien, Bergevin, or Molson (lol) to step down and/or get fired

Holy shite Dennis Wideman checked a ref in the back into the boards, looked very deliberate. Minimum suspension for physical abuse against a ref is 20 games.

That was horrible. I'm watching the game now live. That hit will be all over ESPN tomorrow. He's done for awhile.
