Hitch has them play, playoff hockey during the year, which is why they put up massive point totals, but then they have no extra gear. They are gassed come playoff time.
i hope the injuries keep guys fresh, ive seen this story with hitch too many years.(great season, gassed in playoffs)

Sekac gets traded again. This time to Chicago.
Watch him become a stud.

Preds got a W last night. Pekka played ok. Johansen looking like the real deal.
Rangers play tonight - if Vigneault scratches McIlrath in favor of pylons named Girardi, Staal, Yandle again I will scream

I called this before we traded him to Anaheim for Smith-Pelly.
Kid is going to be good. And cheap. Habs made a mistake letting him go. He actually had a pulse on offense.

Stars finally got a win, although special teams is absolutely scaring me right now.

Bobrovski pulled a groin after being out a month and is back on IR.

Rangers got a win last night in Raleigh. WTF is Yandle doing cutting from the left point to the low right slot on his goal?? You're up 1-0 and a defenseman on even strength. That was a high risk play against anybody but the canes

Bob looked awful against the Caps. I mean, some of it is that the Caps offense is fairly ridiculous, but it was mainly Bob looking like an AHL'er. He got lit up, and still looked hurt. He even made a nice glove save that on replay you could tell was made only due to slow reaction time.
I don't like great players looking like garbage. Glad it was an injury and not a deterioration of skills (well, not happy he's hurt, but hopefully it's not a long term issue).

This is sickening watching the Habs
They've blown a 2 goal lead and have no offense. It's the Vigneault years all over.

Also, the Penguins-Canucks game had two hat tricks.

last year I think the Stars were 0fer in games where they registered over 45 shots
it'll take at least that many to get the game to OT. Varlamov is damn good

You see where Malkin guaranteed a playoff berth?

They should. Schneider will keep the Devils in the hunt, but now Crosby is starting to heat up.

For the love of anything can Montreal one time just get a shot on the PP
I wished Pernell would start looking to blast away like he did in his younger days.
