yep. they were tired. carey made 49 saves. offense could have scored more. missed some chances. sloppy.
For some damn reason we play down to the leafs all the time. oh well. we have won 8 straight against them i believe though.
hopefully we can go 3-1 on our west coast road trip. That would be great.

I was at the game Saturday Fatty, I think the Loafs are showing some signs of adopting an overall team strategy of responsibility...The shortie by your Captain killed us...CP is by far the best goalie playing at the moment...his inability to score is really hampering his quest for the Richard trophy tho...

Kings won last night on a crazy no goal call. Seems like our games have a tendency to go that away against the Oilers

I think if I was an Edmontonian, I'd be pissed off, but Jim Fox did a pretty good job of explaining the ref's call. It was scrutinized and upheld by the league office in Toronto, so it must be legit, right?
