Well, your memory would be incorrect. If you are referring to Jefferson, the grand jury DID indict him on misdemeanor charges and he was act practice that very same day.

I think Tom Osborne kept a guy on the team who was accused of murder. Pretty sure he was eventually proven innocent, too.

Memo to any bad apple La recruits going up there to ball, not all states have a bunch of Judges hug-a-thugging..better behave.
